Gourmet ep 7

So, the brothers meet again...No matter what I think Bong Joo was wrong too. I know he had a lot of pressure and he suffered too. He felt like he wasn't good enough, he felt like his father liked his adopted brother more and he realized that he would lose the battle. He had no other opinions, he had to escape from the corner he felt he was driven into. He just had to tell it. But Sung Chan too, he just left... not thinking about the consequences. I still think Bong Joo was in the wrong a lot more.

I like how different the two brothers are. Sung Chan is rather sensitive and kind hearted, always thinks about others and tries to come to conclusions that would please everyone. He is pure in a way and tries his best. Not trying to spire money or fame. That is actually Bong Joo's problem: trying too hard to strike it big. I feel like he is ready to sacrifice even people whom he cares about in order to achieve what he wants. He doesn't care about his father's opinion about restaurant's future. He just wants to do what he sees fit and he hates to lose yet doesn't know how to give up in order not to lose. It's so obvious that he is a bad loser but I think he had been quietly suffering for too long. Or well, you may call it "suffering", it's just his own imagination and greed. Though I feel like he has been giving in to Sung Chan too much. He is too stuck up about certain things. He is blind in a way, he is the type who notices too late that he has lost something, the type who takes action too late, the type who does things out of madness and then regrets them later. No matter what I wish these brothers make up and don't let it go too dirty. But I feel like it has already started... the bad thing...

Still, I feel that Bong Joo doesn't want anything bad to happen to Sung Chan yet he doesn't know how to fully accept him and live in harmony. How? In his pants I wouldn't know either. When he suddenly met Sung Chan again he was mad but from his words I could tell he was mad only because he cares about him.

When I first saw this guy in Money's Warfare I liked him. But after that I saw him in Iljimae and felt like his acting was somehow wooden. I saw him in Bodyguard too and he was a lot better there than in Iljimae. Anyways, when I saw him now it really felt like he had come from outer space. I mean, it's realistic and then they put in character like him... it's kinda weird. I figured out that I loved him in Money's Warfare because the whole drama was so manhwa-like= comical so his character didn't feel that wooden... Now I find him rather funny and... well.. GAY! xD LOL So far I like him enough.

They meet again

Personally I don't like sweet things much so when she ordered that superextra sweet cappuccino (or whatever coffee it was), with everything extra that is possible to get in it, to go with those donuts... It just felt disgusting.

Doesn't Bong Joo look scary here? He is like "That's enough woman! If this goes on I'll explode."

Young Sung Chan was SO CUTE!!!

xD As if he thought that Jin Soo is bad luck. "What's the stench?"= "I don't wnat to see you" or "Why did I let her work here" And when he said "Open the window, please" xD his English sounds funny in a good way.

You poor thing^^ so cute^^

Following was my favorite scene. Though I found it a bit stupid how camera started sircling around him but somehow it was a bit refreshing. I have started to hate how in Kdramas they always have so many face clsoe ups and now I felt like camera was too near him. But it was a very nice scene with perfect music.

This is one of those rare dramas that have great converstations. It seems like characters have good lines and are saying just the right things or then just cute things.

Sung Chan's "Ta-Da" was so cute. I want to hear KRW say that "ta-da" to me too^^ If anyone said that kind of "ta-da" to me I would fall in love right away. Magical "ta-da"
